Kyle Speller, GVA Aurora’s middle school counselor, has been a trailblazer in Colorado sports as the Denver Nuggets’ first African-American public address announcer and long-time chaplain. Recently featured on Aurora TV, Speller’s dedication extends from courtside to classrooms, blending his love for sports and faith to inspire young students daily.

Middle school students surpassed state and district averages in ELA, Math, and Science on the CMAS, driven by the staff's dedication, with notable growth in ELA and Math!
