Meet the Global Village Academy Collaborative Tech Team

 
 
 
 
 
Jim Graziano, Senior IT Support Specialist
Jim serves as the main point of contact while onsite for the Global Village Academy Northglenn and Fort Collins Charter schools. Jim provides technical support for the operation and use of school-issued laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, smartboards and peripheral equipment for staff and students.
 
Jim has been providing technical support for Global Village Academy schools for over four months and is a great addition to our team.
 
 
 
Fengzhi Li, IT Support Specialist
 
Fengzhi serves as the primary onsite point of contact for Global Village Academy Charter School staff and teachers at the Aurora, Colorado Springs and Douglas County locations. He provides technical support for the operation and use of Global Village Academy-issued laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, smartboards and peripheral equipment.
 
Fengzhi has been providing technical support for Global Village Academy schools for over four years.
 
 
 
Chuck Carillo, IT Director
 
Chuck Carillo is the IT Director and oversees the IT Team and consultants that provide IT support for all GVA schools.
 
Chuck provides both onsite and remote support for all Global Village Academy schools. Chuck works with vendors in obtaining the best products and pricing for schools. He also provides budget recommendations and planning. On top of that, he works with an E-Rate consultant to obtain reimbursement for approved technology from USAC (Universal Service Administration Company).
 
Chuck supports the network infrastructure from top to bottom, ensuring the products and services in place provide a secure yet affordable learning environment. Finally, Chuck and his team provide assessment testing assistance for the many tests given to students throughout the school year. He has been with the GVAC for the last five and a half years and enjoys working with both school administration and staff at all schools.
