KC Dupree

KC has been a Human Resources professional for over 13 years.  She has worked in multiple industries, such as banking, manufacturing, and tech.  During the last five years, she worked with Stargate Charter School as their Human Resources Director and Title IX Coordinator. She leverages her years of experience to provide value-add advice to support her team and organization and strives to catalyze continuous improvement.  

KC has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and holds a human resources professional certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.  

KC enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and three rescue dogs.  Not only does she like to get creative in the human resources realm of benefits, employee engagement, relationship building, etcetera, but she also loves to partake in craft projects and scrapbooking.
